My Camping Experience in Clara Lara

I went on this trip in mid summer when the weather was nice and we didn't have to worry about and problems. If you are looking for a nice place to camp were the is little effort involved go there.

We went there expecting to go on a decent hike, something like 5-7 km but it was really only 2-3 km. This was an unexpected surprise. There was easy access to water if you didn't bring any, there was also a forest where you could find dead trees there and get wood for the fire. That is if you want one.

I saw only two groups of two people over 18 hour period, this suggests that it is an isolated spot is your are looking for one. It is also only a 40-50 minute drive from Dublin. This makes it handy to get there if you are from the Dublin area.
